TL;DR 4 stages over 4-6 weeks: online application + assessment, HR screen, hiring manager interview, panel/technical. Assessment stage is the most-failed. Prep before applying.
Stage 1: application and assessment Online application via Vodafone Careers. If you pass CV screen, you get an email with an online assessment (SHL-style logical reasoning + situational judgment). Score below 60th percentile: you're out. Practice on SHL-format tests for a week before you apply.
Stage 2: HR screen 30-minute video call. Motivation, English fluency, availability, salary expectations. This is a filter, not a deep interview. Bring energy and clarity.
Stage 3: hiring manager 60 minutes. Behavioral + role-specific. STAR structure works well here. Prep 3 stories that map across 5 typical questions.
Stage 4: panel Final round. 2-3 interviewers. Mix of behavioral, technical (for tech roles), and case (for commercial roles). Vodafone Egypt weights culture fit highly in this round — be visibly team-oriented.
Timeline and offer End-to-end 4-6 weeks. Offer typically comes 3-5 business days after panel. Salary is largely fixed by band; negotiate signing bonus and start date instead.
